We're Dr. Elaine Lewis ND, and Norine Khalil RD, fierce advocates for health and vitality. We are BEYOND thrilled to present our Online Program as a part of our joint-venture and passion project, the Better Health series.

As a Naturopathic Doctor and Dietitian, respectively, we have both shared an intense love for supporting people in their quests for optimal health, so we figured we'd join forces and give you all our very best insight on all things health.     Norine graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition and completed a Master of Science at McGill University in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Norine thrives on empowering others to take control of their health and finds that the most rewarding experiences come from those that result in helping others feel confident in the tools they have to enhance their wellbeing.

  • Will the course be live?

    GREAT question. We want to ensure that this course is accessible to as many people as possible, because we can ALL use a little bit more energy. So, the course will not be live. Upon enrolment, stay tuned for an email with more information on when you can access the full course. We WILL however, be doing a LIVE Q&A after the launch of the course, during which you can ask us questions and have them answered live.

  • What does the course include?

    The course includes the following: full access to the 5-module course for 30 days and our Freebies, including our 7-Day High Energy Meal Plan, Food Source Cheatsheets (for Iron, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3), Energy Tracker, Wellbeing Checklist, Better Energy Action Plan, and Insider Apps recommended by Dr. Lewis and Norine. Yes, ALL of those for FREE when you enrol. We are pumped to share all these resources with you! You will also have access to the slide content in note-taking form, if you'd like to take notes while listening. (Total $450 value)

  • How long will the course take to complete?

    That all depends on how quickly you choose to navigate through the modules. We want you to have the opportunity to take your time to absorb this information, but you will have access to all modules and freebies when the course opens on May 31st. Each module is between 30-60 minutes in length.

  • Will I have access to the slides forever?

    The course will be open for 30 days - a full month of access for you to refresh your memory and rewatch the modules that you find most relevant. The slide content can be downloaded in PDF form for you to make notes and keep forever!

  • What if I want to book a visit with Dr. Lewis or Norine?

    Dr. Lewis and Norine both practice together in Oakville, Ontario. Booking information for both in-person and virtual visits will be provided at the end of the course, so be sure to take notes!
